I always find it strange that supposedly religious God fearing folk find it in their hearts to persecute their fellow man for being different. Take for example, the members of the Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, Kansas. These guys think it's a good idea to attend the funerals of fallen soldiers just so they can picket and spread hate for homosexuals.
Very classy guys, very classy.
How can someone feel vindicated after shouting and protesting on the occasion, of what for a family, can be a devastating day? What makes me even more incredulous is that they do this in the name of God. Although my bible knowledge is a bit rusty, I seem to remember phrases like 'goodwill to all man' and 'turning the other cheek' etc. I must have missed the section that says 'Go and piss all over a dead soldiers grave'.
